Needing some new cowls for my hood/windshield washer outlets, and never wanting aftermarket if I can help it, I went by KCF for some parts for my 19 Ford F150 bought from Chip Anderson at KCF in 2019. I met up with Rob King, Jr. in parts I asked him if I could show him the cowls on my truck that needed replacement, versus looking it up on the parts breakdown and he said, "sure" and we walked to the truck. He got the VIN and told me what parts we'd need to order. He gave me a short explanation of how they are replaced. He advised it that overall, the job should not be too difficult for retired police chief who knows boats and Mercury and Yamaha outboards to tackle...lol. Within 24 hours, I had the parts, and changed them out and the OEM/Ford fit & finish was perfect! This is customer service folks and the reason you buy OEM from local folks face-to-face and not unseen online! Kudos to Rob! Take note of good feedback on your folks Richard. Thanks a heap!
Yesterday (07-02-24) was my first oil change and tire rotation on a recently purchased Ford Explorer. From the first phone call to schedule, to the time I walked out the door, I was impressed. I’ve, in the past, had horrible experiences with other dealerships. Not Kings Colonial! The ladies were all kind and respectful, over the phone and in person. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They even offered pick up and delivery. To top it all off, I had enough Ford Pass points that I didn’t have to pay!! Thank you to the ladies that took care of me and the techs that done the work. You are appreciated! This is how service is supposed to be!!!

Explorer liftgate was stuck open on a Sunday. Stopped by the next day in the middle on the Coronavirus outbreak and they ordered the part and had it working great in 2 days. Was very pleased.
I needed a new battery for my Lincoln. I did not have an appointment, and they took my vehicle in immediately. I was there maybe 20 min. and they were finished. The personnel was very professional and polite. I will definitely go back again when necessary, and would recommend Kings Colonial Ford!
Very fast, efficient and very professional! In and out quickly. Techs do great work and are very knowledgeable. Lobby was clean and the ladies in in quicklane do great work. Will definitely return and highly recommend!
Rachel was the nicest person ever and so was the man in quick lane that worked on my truck on Saturday, our exchange was brief but there was an obvious standard of professionalism that they both displayed! Thank you guys for all that you do. Can’t wait to purchase a battery from y’all next week!
Have had a couple of service related issues with 2 of our vehicles. The team in the service department have been awesome. One issue was a real challenge to fix, the other was pretty easy. They did a great job on both and communicated/provided exceptional service. Great job by this group!
