Outstanding experience with a small dealership! I had been searching for a specific vehicle and found one online in their inventory. I called to verify and Rick told me it was still there and to just let him know when I was coming and he would stay past closing if necessary to accommodate me as I was over 80 miles away. Rick gave me a great price on my trade and an awesome price on the truck purchase. Caleb made the paperwork a snap and Chip did the ninja cellphone connection hookup with my new ride that made everything seamless. Great bunch of guys and gals in the service department did a once over to make sure the truck was flawless before handing me the keys and I was on my way. That's how you sell cars and keep customers coming back!

Had entire engine replaced by Ford. Guys at Colonial Ford were awesome, responsive and were great at following up. Especially, Dan and Brandon. Rick Walter's was helpful as well.
