I love Kings Colonial Ford in Brunswick, GA!! One of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. If you want that small, down-home feel and to be treated like you matter, this is the place to do business near and around Brunswick, GA!! I worked with Chip Anderson to get my new (to me!) car, and I couldn't have been more pleased with his services, as well as all the other people at King's that helped me through this process, from the sales team, to the one answering the phone, the detail shop, to the body shop -- my experience with the entire team at King's Colonial was the best I could have asked for! I called the day of and was able to get a appointment the same day. I originally planned to get dropped off and pick up my car later based on previous experiences with dealerships. I was assured that that wouldn't be necessary as they would get me in and out. I was finished in under 30 minutes. They even offered to pick up and drop off mycar the next time I need service. The customer service was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Had to get my airbag changed due to recall. They checked it to make sure that I needed it and once the part arrived I dropped the car off and had it completed and ready to go in about 1 hour.

I have taken my truck there several times for tires, oil changes, etc., And every time, I get excellent service! I'm not good at remembering names, but everyone has always been very helpful! Yesterday, I called first thing in the morning to see if I could bring my truck in for an oil change asap, as we were leaving to drive to Texas that day! They got me in that morning!! The man at the front desk was very helpful! When my vehicle was finished, the service man who worked on my truck went over all he did, and explained to me about my tires. He was very nice and helpful! I will keep taking my vehicle there to be serviced!!

I wanted a new Bronco Sport. But they are back ordered for forever. I called King's Colonial Ford to add my name to the waiting list. The salesman, Joe Yager, said they had one on the lot right now. That it had just been delivered! What? I asked him to describe it. And yes it was exactly what I was looking for, my heart's desire! So, I went and got it! Joe was absolutely the Very BEST!!!

My salesman Chip was awesome. He knew I was a no nonsense buyer and handled the transaction perfectly. I also had a problem with the vehicle in less than 24 hours after purchase which he directed me to Brennan in the service dept. for, they took care of the issue timely and professionally. I am very pleased with my entire experience there and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.

Sydney was excellent to work with, very professional and focused on customer service. I was very impressed with her knowledge and surprised to find out she had only been in the position for about 1 year. I enjoyed speaking with the body shop manager, I forget his name, but I witnessed him investing time into Sydney as she inspected my truck and wrote the estimate, coaching her through the process and answering any of her questions or mine. I’m satisfied with the repairs.

I was in the market to buy a new car. Honestly, I usually buy from Kia. The local Kia dealership I have had horrible experiences with, so this time I went to Kings Colonial Ford. I did a special order truck. CALEB, was my sales guy. He kept me updated on the build of my truck and even helped me get it faster and with the customizations I was wanting. Then, when it was ready for me to pick up, he ALREADY had the paperwork lined up for me to sign to take the car. I have bought 4 new cars, every time I have paid cash which should be quick and easy and every time it was always hours to close the deal. This time, I literally was in there 15 minutes maybe... I was going to pay cash, but CALEB let me know of their financing option which was such a great deal on the interest rate that it didn't make sense for me to pay cash. He had everything lined up no matter which route I took. Honestly, I couldn't imagine this processes have being any better. The first time I drove the new ford truck was taking it off the lot and it was even better than driving my Kias. Family loves the car and my son is excited to one day get the truck when he gets old enough. No doubt in my mind next time I go in to buy another car, will be going to this dealership. Literally while buying this new car, my other new car was having to be serviced at the local Kia dealership which is being run by clowns. I took this new truck to go pick up the Kia that was supposed to be done, and they didn't finish all the servicing that we were told was finished (This is no exaggeration). Luckily, I have this new Ford Truck which is amazing. Thanks CALEB. I'd save my time and future frustrations and just go with Kings Colonial Ford. Night and day difference in experience.

Vanessa set my appointment up and she greeted me as I walked through the door. She kept me updated on what was going on. I knew I needed new tires so when the tech told her she did a comparison printout with all the specs and price of each tire. I will definitely return there for my truck needed. Great experience with a very nice staff. Any staff that walk thru spoke.

I needed an $410 tire replaced for my Mustang through Fidelity Insurance. Local tire store didn't want to file the paperwork; told me to file it myself. Kings Colonial Ford ordered the tire without me coming in. Tire came in, Kings contacted the insurance company, got the tire covered under insurance, mounted and balanced the tire, out the door in an hour. Great friendly service.

Owning a Maverick, Joe was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming. Shawn was financially knowledgeable and a gifted conversationalist. The only thing I missed was the haggling. I grew up watching dad spending all day to sell a team of horses. Here it was basically take or leave it. I am thankful I didn’t have to wait a year.

They are wonderful. Not only polite but knowledgeable and willing to discuss your cars problems and offer solutions even if it’s not work you could afford for a dealership to preform. I take my car for service at the oil change service side for everything now to begin with bc they have earned my trust. They seem to be the main people for car maintenance in town that are actually trying to get you in and out and have quick and knowledgeable mechanics rather than excuses for why they need to keep your car all day or for weeks. I’ve been very troubled by certain vehicles places where not only me but other customers were treated poorly or dismissed. I finally feel like there is a car place in bwk that has some integrity rather than judgement based on gender or race or how expensive the car you want serviced is. It’s almost like if you walk into a car place here with a designer purse they thing they can sell you a new engine. Recently took my car to another place and after waiting over an hr they didn’t even take a tire off and told me I needed all new rotors and brakes. The brakes are new btw (home job). The staff here took off all my tire and rotated bc they were off anyway to check rotors mainly. And made note that the pads were new (which I already knew) and the rotors were fine. Beware some of these shops here. Take your car here for an oil change and a second opinion before you make any quick moves about something other shops have quoted you. Bless the service depts/staff at this dealership. Y’all really carry yourselves like we are in a bigger city with actual competition even tho we are in a place where nothing is comparing to your work ethics and knowledge and time management of people needing their vehicles in a place without public transport.

My grandpa bought a truck here because of the restaurant he worked at owned by my great aunt (hooked on Barbie Q) and after he passed I was able to take it and it still has the front plate that says Kings Colonial! (2004 f250)

They were very bright and they were very accommodating when it came to working with me on my schedule because I didn't have a ride to drop off my car and to pick it back up or leave it overnight due to my living situation so they made sure they can fit it all in that day It didn't take them long at all and everything works fine on my car since they fixed my door locks my car can actually lock my door shut I feel more safer and they changed my purge valve my car runs better every Everything was great and like I said they had the best personality in the world and very helpful what I recommend King's colonial Ford in Brunswick Georgia to somebody else Yes I would and I'm not even a Ford person have a blessed day

Traveling through on Halloween and overheated. Stopped here and expected to leave my car behind and get a rental tonget back home. They weren't able to get me in to see a technician, but the service writer was helpful. He checked for codes and helped me out for free. He made calls to dealerships on my router home to get me the help I needed.

Outstanding experience with a small dealership! I had been searching for a specific vehicle and found one online in their inventory. I called to verify and Rick told me it was still there and to just let him know when I was coming and he would stay past closing if necessary to accommodate me as I was over 80 miles away. Rick gave me a great price on my trade and an awesome price on the truck purchase. Caleb made the paperwork a snap and Chip did the ninja cellphone connection hookup with my new ride that made everything seamless. Great bunch of guys and gals in the service department did a once over to make sure the truck was flawless before handing me the keys and I was on my way. I was irate because I had just purchased the car from a Fod dealership in Spartanburg (Hudson Family)! I’m amazed at employee attitudes and service. All employees appear to be very motivated to respond and assist in a very helpful, professional and positive manner. I’ve been taking my repair business to another Ford dealer. I wasn’t very happy with attitudes and service experience I was receiving. I had previously purchased two trucks from King’s Colonial and decided to get some service work done. What a difference. I’m so happy I did. The difference in attitudes, knowledge and professionalism, are head and shoulders above that I which I had previously received. We ran into car troubles soon after getting into town for vacation, we brought our car here and they got us in quickly and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within two hours. Rachael at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and their lead technician was also quick and efficient. We thought we were going to have to waste a day of vacation to get things fixed, but we were back on the road by 11am. Highly recommend!

Needing some new cowls for my hood/windshield washer outlets, and never wanting aftermarket if I can help it, I went by KCF for some parts for my 19 Ford F150 bought from Chip Anderson at KCF in 2019. I met up with Rob King, Jr. in parts I asked him if I could show him the cowls on my truck that needed replacement, versus looking it up on the parts breakdown and he said, "sure" and we walked to the truck. He got the VIN and told me what parts we'd need to order. He gave me a short explanation of how they are replaced. He advised it that overall, the job should not be too difficult for retired police chief who knows boats and Mercury and Yamaha outboards to tackle...lol. Within 24 hours, I had the parts, and changed them out and the OEM/Ford fit & finish was perfect! This is customer service folks and the reason you buy OEM from local folks face-to-face and not unseen online! Kudos to Rob! Take note of good feedback on your folks Richard. Thanks a heap!

Yesterday (07-02-24) was my first oil change and tire rotation on a recently purchased Ford Explorer. From the first phone call to schedule, to the time I walked out the door, I was impressed. I’ve, in the past, had horrible experiences with other dealerships. Not Kings Colonial! The ladies were all kind and respectful, over the phone and in person. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They even offered pick up and delivery. To top it all off, I had enough Ford Pass points that I didn’t have to pay!! Thank you to the ladies that took care of me and the techs that done the work. You are appreciated! This is how service is supposed to be!!!

Quick negotiations over the phone, and got a reasonable price for what we bought. Was a little different than most people would experience since we knew the vehicle, upgrades on that vehicle, so just needed something in stock that we could pick up that same day. We paid cash, so we did not deal with anyone else, just signing the forms and getting the keys.
